Upgrade & Transform
Upgrade symbols increase gem payout levels. Transform effects change groups of symbols into a bird's colour.

Pirots 5 sends the four birds back from space and into a new hunt for Captain Blackfeather. A burned theme-park map reveals the route to a lost city of gold, but the trail runs through cursed temples, sea hazards and three connected worlds before the final confrontation. The action starts on a 6x6 grid and can expand to 8x8 during a round.
After the events of Pirots 4, Skipper botches the landing and crashes into a theme-park map. The impact burns part of it away. The damaged map reveals the route to the lost city of gold and Captain Blackfeather, the old enemy the crew has been chasing.
The first trail leads into the Cursed Temple. Blackfeather's curse changes the birds themselves, mummies guard the catacombs, and the floor can shift under the grid. The story then moves out to sea in The Kraken before continuing toward the City of Gold and, once the full token set has been collected, Boss Castle.
Meet Captain Blackfeather

There are no conventional paylines. Four birds act as collectors, each tied to one gem colour. When a bird can reach a matching gem vertically or horizontally, it collects the symbol and its value is added to the round win. New symbols enter the open positions, so one collection can lead into another without ending the round.
ELK Studios calls this collection mechanic CollectR™.
Collected paying symbols also build the feature meter. Once the meter is completed, feature symbols can enter the grid. These can raise gem values, transform symbols, add Wilds or Coins, move the birds, alter the grid, or award Tokens used to unlock Boss Castle.
Three Bonus symbols collected during the round open the Bonus Game. If one of those three is a Super Bonus symbol, the Super Bonus starts instead. Grid size, gem upgrades and collection-meter progress carry into the bonus, so a developed base-game board does not reset when the feature begins.

When Captain Blackfeather activates, he turns one to four birds into ghosts. The gems linked to the affected birds are converted into Blackfeather gems with their own payout levels.
Explore Game FeaturesThree worlds hide nine Tokens. Collect the full set to unlock the final route to Boss Castle.
The opening world places the crew inside a trap-filled temple with Captain Blackfeather's curse, catacomb battles, the rotating Secret Door, cross-over floor tiles, arrows, boulders and the Cursed Temple Coin Game.
The second world moves the action to a trapped ship and an ocean setting. The Golden Compass Cannon, harpoons, anchors, portals, tunnels and a Landcrab encounter alter how birds and symbols move. The Kraken Coin Game uses its own 8x8 board with Music Box and Kraken tentacle effects.
The City of Gold is the destination exposed by the burned map. It is the third main world and contains the final three world tokens needed for the complete nine-token set.
Boss Castle unlocks after all nine tokens from the three main worlds have been collected.
Every collection can open a new route across the board.
Upgrade symbols increase gem payout levels. Transform effects change groups of symbols into a bird's colour.
Wilds substitute for gems, Coins pay their displayed values, and Tokens count toward unlocking Boss Castle.
Movement can also change after the birds have run out of direct collections. Switcheroo and Super Switcheroo reposition birds. Labyrinth can clear paths through rows and columns. Each world then adds its own hazards, encounters and Coin Game.
X-iter™ adds five paid entry modes to the base game, starting with Bonus Hunt at 3x the selected stake and ending with direct Super Bonus entry at 250x. X-iter is available only where feature purchases are permitted.
Pirots 5 supports 96%, 94%, 92%, 90% and 87% RTP configurations. Different operators can run different versions of the same game.
The series began with a pirate setting and the first bird-and-gem collection game, then moved through dinosaurs in Pirots 2 and the Wild West in Pirots 3. Pirots X broke from the numbered line with cluster wins and a global multiplier. Pirots 4 took the birds into space and added evolving worlds.
Pirots 5 connects three main worlds through nine Tokens. Collecting all nine unlocks Boss Castle. The five numbered games use the collection system; Pirots X forms wins through matching clusters.

Pirots 5 is a grid-based online slot from ELK Studios. Four colour-linked birds collect matching gems while features expand and reshape the grid.
Pirots 5 was developed by ELK Studios and released internationally on 23 July 2026.
Each bird collects reachable gems that match its colour. The symbol value is added to the round win, the bird moves into the collected position, and new symbols can create another route.
The maximum total win is 10,000x the selected bet.
Three Bonus symbols must be collected by the birds during the same active round. A Super Bonus symbol among the three upgrades the trigger to the Super Bonus Game.
Pirots 5 supports 96%, 94%, 92%, 90% and 87% RTP configurations. The version in use depends on the operator.
